PPiK launch new karts

Pole Position Indoor Karting in Leeds is a leading venue in the fast paced, highly competitive leisure market.

As the industry has evolved, customers want more than just a spin around a tarmac track on a ‘go kart’. They demand a “total experience”.

Having significantly raised the PPIK brand profile over the last 3 years, upon the business taking delivery of 30 high powered Soda karts, we were tasked to powerfully and cohesively brand all the karts.

Not a simple job particularly given each kart consists of over 20 individual “component stickers” that collectively make up the graphics for each vehicle and additionally having to ensure the karts visually complement each other so that from any angle and speed, the PPiK message is clearly visible, whilst still maintaining the slick and professional image that motorsport today portrays at every level.

Working closely with the client, we prepared scaled design concepts, which were then converted to a full size mock-up applied to a blank cart.

Having discarded numerous concepts during the course of the creative process, we ultimately delivered a finished look that perfectly echoed all the PPiK brand values and mirrored the creative style and feel of all the new marketing collateral.
